Congrats to PROTRAINING client, all-round great guy and ultra heavy weight BJJ athlete Kane Brewer for putting up a great fight against an even bigger man and bringing home a silver from the Asian Jiu-Jitsu IBJJF Championship in Japan last weekend!

Despite not winning his bout, Kane had his own victory by not being submitted by his huge opponent!

Awesome work big fella and as always, we are looking forward to supporting you for future events in your sport...

A massive congratulations to long term client Emma Morrison on taking out the overall win at the NABBA / WFF AWA Bendigo Classic yesterday!

Emma competed in the over 30’s sports model division and then went on to take out the overall crown against a top notch line up on the championship stage.

This was a well deserved win for Emma and as coach, I could not be prouder of her achievement.
After a few well deserved extra calories yesterday we will now get back to the drawing board and dial in her nutrition for the rest of the competitive season…:)

This guy... Jake Rainbow is the most casual and most respectful guy I have ever had the pleasure of putting on stage. One afternoon 3 odd weeks out from the NABBA/WFF Tasmanian Classic he asked if I could help him complete his first ever journey to stage..
First time I pinched Jake on the BioPrint system he pulls a very lean 7.0% @ 90.1 kgs which he did all himself and now I am thinking to myself, "What's the point asking me for help" 😀
Worried if I changed what he had been doing too much it may go the wrong way for us I played a very safe position and with some old school tricks we managed a 5.5% @ 92.7kgs.
