A lot is happening behind the scenes atm that's making way for me to show up more and be of service. There's been a great calling to stop playing small and to fully embrace all of my energy, magnetic presence and untapped motivation and creativity 🌟⚡️

It's time and I feel 2024 is demanding us all to show up in our authentic flow and keep choosing our highest desires for our lives!

As a first of many new events, groups, workshops and retreats, I'm holding my first official Online Group Breathwork Journey this Thursday evening. I'm planning to offer them on Sat mornings as well for those that can't do evenings. I've had an amazing experience holding this online space for a group recently to great depth and expansion 🥳
