Creating Indigenous Wealth π€πβ€οΈ
Recruitment, Payroll, Security, Cleaning & Civil services. Anyone can work with us to support Indigenous employment.
The Corroboree Security team plays an important role in maintaining the safety and security of the Museum of Australian Democracy (MoAD) at Old Parliament House.
We would also like to acknowledge and thank the team at MoAD for their continued support and commitment to creating meaningful outcomes that extend beyond core service delivery.
This partnership has helped create genuine employment pathways for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people within one of the nation's iconic buildings.
Through our Indigenous Pathways to Employment Program (IPEP), participants gain valuable hands-on experience in a real-world operational environment, building practical skills, confidence and industry knowledge that support long-term employment.
Together, we continue to create opportunities and build careers, while helping keep our community safe.

Meet Shaun, one of our IPEP participants.
Before joining our Indigenous Pathways to Employment Program (IPEP), Shaun worked in construction and landscaping. He joined IPEP to gain new experiences and see whether a career in the security industry was the right fit for him.
Shaun has been a part of IPEP for two and a half years, gaining valuable hands-on experience and developing new skills along the way.
While completing his security qualifications, Shaun joined our Corroboree Services team, where he gained practical experience delivering civil services before transitioning to Corroboree Security at Old Parliament House.
With his sights set on the future, Shaun hopes to one day purchase his own home while continuing to grow his knowledge and skills throughout his career.
We are proud to support Shaun on his career journey and look forward to seeing him continue to achieve his goals.

We're proud to be taking part in The Push-Up Challenge, Australia's largest mental health and fitness event.
Over the coming weeks, our team will be completing daily push-up targets, learning more about mental health, and helping raise awareness for an issue that affects people right across the country.
One of the great things about the challenge is that it's designed to be inclusive. If push-ups aren't for you, participants can choose alternative exercises such as squats, sit-ups, walking, or other activities, making it accessible for people of all fitness levels and abilities.
For Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, mental health challenges remain a significant concern, with rates of psychological distress substantially higher than those experienced by non-Indigenous Australians.
Every conversation, every connection, and every step towards better wellbeing matters.
We're looking forward to getting involved and pushing for better mental health together.
