Fit2gether

With no expectations and not much HYROX preparation, I went to Sydney to see what it was all about.

There was a bit of suffering throughout (especially the wall balls — I wasn’t prepared for those at all).

Running with the flu wasn’t ideal, but I got it done — only cost me my voice. No regrets, it was fun.

Got my base result, and next time I’ll be better prepared and ready for the grind.

Next stop: Sydney Marathon 🏃🏻‍♂️🏃🏻‍♂️
