255 Canberra Ave Sustainability Upgrade A sustainable commercial refurbishment at 255 Canberra Avenue, delivering full electrification, solar power, and façade upgrades as part of the ACT Government's net-zero infrastructure program.

Monarch has been awarded the demolition and construction contract for a new 30-dwelling public housing development in Yarralumla on behalf of Housing ACT.

The project will transform the public housing complex, originally built in the 1950s, into a modern, energy-efficient residential development that will provide much-needed homes for Canberrans who need them most.

The project forms part of the ACT Government's commitment to deliver 5,000 additional public, community and affordable rental dwellings in Canberra by 2030, supported by Housing Australia's Future Fund Facility Round 2.
