Last photoshoot before Christmas!
🎄🎅🥳
After years of renovations and decorations and all sorts of crazy adventures, it has time for us to sell our own house. So with full hearts and great pride in our work, we would like to present to you 16 Kincardine Drive, Benowa Waters.
What a place!
It is simply impossible to live in this enchanted corner of the world and not be completely utterly unapologetically head-over-heels in love with this place. Some of the best memories we shared all happened here. Dangling our feet off our deck while feeding a pair of black swans, frequent visitors, and welcomed pets to the whole neighbourhood. Or driving our boat to and from the shoreline, while enjoying the sunsets and glasses of wine with good friends. All these amazing experiences would not have happened if it wasn't for this extraordinary place.
It is hard to say goodbye, but we hope that whoever lives here after us will love and care for it as much as we did.

I always find it a great pleasure to photograph a unique country home and this one was a great pleasure indeed! Personal and loving touches everywhere. A great view from every window! Plenty of light and fresh air!
