The RAW Program are committed to providing services to allow people with disability to have the same programs available to them as other people. The RAW Program currently offers Performance Coaching for people with disability to support life skills and help participants build their independence and skills.

The Mentoring Program maintains ongoing contact with the participant throughout their journey via training sessions, telephone and attendance at occasional trainings or games.

The coach provides motivation and feedback for performance improvement.
