What started as a passion and pretty humble beginnings, grew into one of Australia’s most respected rope braiding operations. From long hours, challenges, and achievements — to friendships, laughter, and community — it’s been an unforgettable journey.
But while we say goodbye to this chapter, the story continues...
We're excited to share that International Rope Braid has been officially acquired by Hampidjan, a global leader in advanced rope, nets, and fishing solutions. This transition brings exciting opportunities for our team, while keeping our values and quality strong.
Even better — our amazing team of 13 skilled staff members are all staying on, led by Thomas Latham, the Operations Manager, who is committed to keeping the heart of the business running strong. Our team, whom you would all have dealt with over the last years have been the backbone of our company, and that will not change.
