When I was young, I couldn't tell the difference between reality or a nightmare, to me the world was a scary place, it wasn't the greatest start I can assure you!

This makes my heart sing. I have been saying this for years. Skipping is more then just fitness, it truly is next level for mental health, activating both sides of the brain, creating new neuro-cellular activations. You literally grow new brain cells, through the act of jumping rope.
You brain fires messages through your spinal chords + nervous system literally switching your entire body on like a Christmas tree!
There are so many more benefits to the humble rope, it is under used, and I am changing that along with my fellow jumpers showing you all just how special jumping rope (skipping) can be for both the development of children and the continued growth for adults and mental health.
