After 15 years, there are not enough words to do this farewell justice, but we'll try.

Leanne joined ELM when our finance team was just two people, her and Bec, and over the years she grew into the role of Senior Finance Officer and Payroll Manager, becoming one of the most dedicated and trusted people in our organisation.

Beyond the title and the tenure, Leanne is simply someone who showed up for the team, for the work, and for ELM, every single day.

We are so grateful for everything she has given us over the past 15 years, and we could not be prouder to see her take this next step.
