Marina Hand / Deckhand
An exciting opportunity is available at Sail Corps Marina and charter fleet in Lavender Bay, North Sydney, in front of Luna Park. Work on the world's most beautiful harbour with a range of cruising and sailing experiences. Skippered yacht and cruise charter, bareboat charter, team building activities, romantic sailing getaways, daily sails, and tours.

They are looking for candidates to join their team today for the 2025 winter season, 1-3 days a week. This is a perfect entry-level position for somebody looking to join the marine/charter industry and work in a fun outdoor setting.

Duties will include:
Cleaning and general maintenance of Vessels and Marina.

Driving tender boat from the wharf to moorings.

Casual deckhand shifts.

Casual skipper cruises after being trained.

Assisting the Captain with docking, mooring and sailing procedures.

Food and beverage service for guests

Requirements for success:
Power Boat License, Coxswain grade 3

General Purpose Hand (GPH) Certificate of Competency or STCW95

Coxswain Grade 1 is desirable but not essential.

Availability to do shifts during weekends.

Sailing and/or boating experience is a must.

Ability to drive or learn how to drive different type of power boats and sailboats.
