Refresh is about seeing people fulfill life’s dreams living out their purpose and this includes business entrepreneurship.

After a few discussions with people I wanted to pose a question 😀

Are you a purely profit business or purpose led?

Both are businesses that make profit but there is a difference…..consumers are starting to take a closer look at values, impact and change organisations are making beyond purely profit. 💲

I’m not talking about a business that gives some money to Charity or philanthropy every year or a Charity that is a not for profit. The Purpose led business is different….but one that has entered the ‘mainstream’

We are talking Tesla, Patagonia, Intrepid Travel, Outland Denim. 💥

Profit is the outcome but not the driver. Interestingly some of these companies are outperforming other businesses financially that don’t operate this model and are just about profit.

I’ve shared below a couple of points that make a ‘purpose led’ business, would love to hear your thoughts, you may have already started one or thinking about becoming one, pr you are operating as one and didn’t really know!!
