Flat feet? This is your starting point
Welcome to Part 4 of our flat feet series, where we focus on building strength from the ground up.
This exercise targets the small intrinsic muscles in your feet that support your arch (often weak in flat feet).
It might feel a bit awkward at first, or even crampy, that’s normal. These are muscles you probably haven’t used properly before.
Aim for:
2-3 sets
10 reps
Repeat on each foot
Consistency is key here. Done regularly, this can help improve foot strength, support your arches, and reduce strain through your feet and lower limbs over time.
