Capstone Tiling

Brighton East project completed.

We recently completed the waterproofing and tiling works for a new duplex at 14A and 14B Marriage Road, Brighton East.

This bathroom features 600 × 600 stone look porcelain tiles across the walls and floors. The neutral tones paired with the freestanding bath and double vanity create a clean and balanced space.

Scope of works included:

• Bathroom waterproofing to AS3740:2021
• Floor screeding to achieve correct falls to waste
• Bathroom wall tiling
• Bathroom floor tiling
• Porcelain tile installation (600 × 600)
• Epoxy grout installation for durability and moisture resistance

Projects like this require careful planning through each stage. Waterproofing protects the structure, screeding creates the correct fall to drains, and epoxy grout provides a durable and low maintenance finish in wet areas.
