As we head towards the end of the year, we’re sharing a brief snapshot of some of the most recent construction progress across our projects, before taking our well-earned summer break.

Recent updates include:
🏘️ Prime Prahran: Final inspection scheduled for 19 January 2026 — looking out from a sunlit window on site, it’s a great reminder of the progress made this year.

🏗️ Audrey Hawthorn: Progressing steadily, with completion expected early 2026.
🛠️ Bei Brighton: Plastering and rendering underway, tracking towards early 2026 completion.
🧱 Mercer: External wall wrap complete; overall project completion anticipated in Q2 2026.
🏠 Ascend Blackburn: Frame stage and window installation nearing completion.
🔨 Bright Brighton: Ground floor slab works underway, with completion expected in early 2027.

Thank you to the consultants and contractor teams who continue to keep things moving on site.

Our office will be closed from 20 December 2025, reopening on Monday 12 January 2026.

July construction progress update from our Auburn development.

Current milestone achievements include second floor and roof framing progressing well for units 1-5, services rough-in work has commenced across the development, and stair installation has been completed to schedule.

The project continues to track according to our planned timeline with targeted completion scheduled for end of 2025 through to start of 2026.
Our hands-on project management approach ensures consistent quality control and adherence to construction schedules whilst maintaining clear communication with all project stakeholders.

Construction has officially commenced at 34 Black St, Brighton following the groundbreaking ceremony on 4 August 2025.

This milestone marks the beginning of another exciting development journey that Skyward Projects is proud to manage. The project represents our commitment to delivering exceptional developments that enhance Melbourne's established suburbs.
