Total refurb on a Land spray tank.

TO DO LIST🪛🦹
Strip + remove all things auto electrical from old truck.
Refurbish, re-fit and rewire new Land spray tank.

Call to Site.
Strip electrical components from truck so body can be refurbished and fitted to new cab chassis. Remove IVMS unit to be refitted to new truck.
Remove Guardian while truck pulled apart.

Fit out refurbished body to new truck.👇
Call to site and removed dash panels from new truck to allow them to be laser cut to fit new switches.
Remove panel from head console for camera monitor and vac/pressure gauge to be fitted.

Install previously remove IVMS system.
Order parts list required to be ready for work.

Chase the new truck to Brisbane to allow electrical work to be performed while hydraulics were being fitted. Customer requested this to prevent holding up progress once the truck was back in Toowoomba.
Wire up ADR lighting to meet specs for roadworthiness.
Mount and wire supplied work/flood lights.
Supply and fit replacement junction boxes top and bottom of tank.
Supply and fit reverse camera system and allow for dog trailer camera in the future.
Supply and fit trailer plug base fed with optional functions for dog as have done in the past.
Strip and refurbish main control junction box.
Supply and fit air solenoid to the underside of passengers side seat to allow a switched air supply to the rear center valve. Run nylon air line front to rear for this purpose.
Run vacuum/pressure line from pump/discharge hose on the rear of truck to the head console.
Wire in PTO switch and warning light on dash.
Wire in relay to allow hydraulic cooler fans to engage as soon as the pto is engaged.
Mount and wire E-Stop to rear of pump.
Test operation of all circuit.
Returned to Toowoomba to hand over to customer.
Upon this hand over, extra E-Stop and hoist operation switches were requested.

DUAL BATTERY SETUP Royce and Lucas recently completed on a 2023 Hilux dual cab.

Full job notes 👇

👉Dual battery set up utilizing 200aH Lithium battery (5yr guarantee) and bracketry to mount behind the rear seat.

👉Incorporate Redarc BCDC 1240 charger with solar input.

👉Incorporate Redarc Smart battery monitor with blue tooth connectivity to monitor battery state of charge via the red vision app.

👉Anderson plug to tub to power portable fridge.

👉NO supply of solar panel has been allowed for.

👉Removed existing anderson plug that was wired into small wiring at factory power socket in tub.

👉Run new heavy duty feed from aux battery to anderson plug in tub.

👉Wire in factory acc socket in tub to the output of aux battery via a separate fused feed.

👉Route solar wiring up rear fire wall to allow connection of solar panel and still allow the roller top of ute tub to operate.
