What I learned from a week away ⬇️⬇️⬇️

I don’t feel I display or convey feelings much, this may be a result of war service or earlier trauma. However, this last week of being absent from social media highlighted an inner empathic trait 👊

I love the benefits of being an empath - deep connections with people, comfort and support others, as well as being highly creative and intuitive 🏋️

However, I must be aware I am more susceptible to overload/burnout - I can absorb negativity and therefore must be careful of my boundaries ⛓️‍💥

Can relate further to why music is so foundational to my being 🤘🤘🤘

Anyone else “feeling” life more of recent 🤷‍♀️
