Caitlain! Caitlain is a prolific drawer, but continues to expand her art practice into painting and mixed media. Recently in our ‘Perfectly Imperfect’ exhibition in March, Caitlain explored the mixed media technique of embroidering into her paintings on canvas.
Caitlain continues to use a variety of media to depict and often blend elements of her everyday life and imagination together.
Today as Caitlain returned to drawing, we’ve collated a collection of her drawings to showcase today.

Huge congratulations to our resident artist Rosie Treasure on her first solo exhibition, An Eggibition: Life on "Little Big Farm" - Opening 9th of August at 2pm over at the Schoolhouse.
We are so hyped for her! 🙌🎉

Rosie Treasure presents a series of paintings that portray the animals she shares her life with on the 10 acre “Little Big Farm” where she lives in Sorrell. These include characters such as her goat Barbara Gordon, dogs Belle, Megatron, and Wattle, ponies Bobby, Gemma, and Kip, and roosters Sir Livealot, and Han Solo and his hen Princess Layer.

Rosie has been painting farm life with a focus on the animals’ personalities for some years, using bright colours to capture her scenes. She works from a shipping container studio on the farm, as well as at Artosaurus in Moonah and Archaica Schola in the city.

An Eggibition: Life on “Little Big Farm” marks Rosie’s first professional solo exhibition, providing visitors an insight into the colourful animal characters of “Little Big Farm”.
