We are pleased to welcome Brenda Hernandez to Talent Advisory as our new HR & Recruitment Coordinator. Based in Hobart, Brenda brings more than nine years of HR experience across recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, workforce coordination, onboarding and payroll support.
Brenda holds a Bachelor of Organisational Psychology and has extensive experience managing end to end recruitment and supporting large workforces.
She will be working across our HR and recruitment services, supporting our clients and candidates as Talent Advisory continues to grow. We are very pleased to have her on board.
This morning our Director, Jason Reed, joined BJ on LAFM Breakfast radio to talk all things equity in the workplace.
A big thank you to LAFM and the Launceston Chamber of Commerce for the invitation and the opportunity to discuss what equity looks like in practice, why it matters for workplaces, and what winning the Excellence in Equity Award meant to our small business.
