I love being a part of people’s lives by maintaining their muscles.
My goal is to add a safe space where people can be free to relax and invest in their body. Where they can be quiet or talk.
Be warned, I may offer the opportunity for homework!
Investing in yourself is a no regrets model.
I also walk the talk.
I try to strength train, eat well, have downtime, socialise, walk in nature, chew the fat, dream and generally make the most of this wonderful life I have.

I remember this moment.
I remember lots of moments but not like playing a video of the day rather how I felt, my self talk.
I was nervous and unsure but at the same time, I was not overthinking my task.
I just had to try my best to push a heavy thing.
Sure, there is a technique, cues.
My glutes needed to stay on the bench, I needed to wait for the commands, I needed to leg drive.
And, I needed flow state if possible.
Do I have room to improve?
Hell yeah!
But I remember this moment, it was the pure joy of doing something scary. Something I swore to never do, in a suit I refused to wear. Something vulnerable.
For me it was a great decision, a great growth opportunity and something that gave me great joy.
Do the thing, no regrets

From novice to intermediate novice!
1 year ago I joined Australian Powerlifting Alliance
1 year and I barely know myself.
I am so excited for the future.
Our lives have changed.
I’ve found people that align with my thinking.
I risk failure regularly.
Thank you to everyone who has been like a safety rope in my high wire act 🤣
