Who should attend?
COSSA is for any forward facing staff who deal with clients. A threat can come from anyone,
anywhere and anytime. COSSA will provide you with options to achieve a safe and peaceful solution
when faced with heightened emotional threats and aggression.
COSSA is about putting strategies and controls in place before engaging with clients, whilst providing
options for managing threats and aggression once an engagement commences. It is a workshop that
focuses on consistent, simple procedures, which are applied to put the odds of success and safety in
your favour.
Your workshop facilitator has more than 25 years in front line enforcement which includes work as an
investigator, INTERPOL criminal intelligence and police officer.
Since 2016 he has provided investigations and occupational safety training to front line officers in
Australia, Tajikistan, and Kyrgyzstan and developed COSSA® (Client Occupational Safety and
Situational Awareness) for front workers dealing with clients in dynamic environments.
