How it works:
▪️ Hang from the pull-up bar in the FX area using an overhand grip
▪️ Time starts when your feet leave the ground
▪️ Time ends when you let go or your feet touch the ground

✅ Up to 3 attempts during the week

🎁 Log a score to go into the draw to win a FREE Spartan event ticket

💡 Tips: Engage your core, breathe steadily, minimise swinging, and use chalk if needed.

Once submitted, your details will be recorded in the Photo Consent Register and we will receive a notification confirming your submission.
