It’s been a while, but to celebrate the start of the footy season (even if it is only AFLX), tonight a pork loin burger with house made relish, cheese, tomato and cos lettuce on a toasted brioche bun. Wash it down with a Boags Draught or a Rawsons Retreat Chardonnay. Can’t get any better!
An absolute winner tonight! TGC original recipe: Fettuccini pollo e porro. Fettuccini with chicken, chilli, leek and mushroom sauce. YUM!
