Being selected from more than 2,300 local suppliers who partnered with Rio Tinto this year is an incredible achievement and a proud moment for the entire KBSS team. This award is a testament to the hard work and dedication our team brings to our partnership with Rio Tinto and commitment to supporting the local Pilbara community.

KBSS proudly celebrates International Women’s Day 2026 and the invaluable contributions women make across our industry, workplaces and communities.

We acknowledge and admire the brilliant women within KBSS whose skill, leadership, and dedication continue to shape who we are as a business.

This year's theme of is a reminder that when we invest our time, knowledge and opportunities in supporting women, we strengthen our teams, industries and the world around us.

With International Women's Day 2026 falling on a Sunday this year, we kicked celebrations off early a range of activities across the board for our wonderful workforce last Friday.

From attending the International Women's Day Luncheon hosted by KDCCI, to enjoying morning tea at our Perth office, or a BBQ at one of our site's prestart meetings, our teams came together to enjoy tasty treats, spread awareness and show appreciation.
