July's staff cocktail is by our one and only Daniel - and it comes with the most heartwarming story behind it 🥹

We don't think we can do it justice so here it is from Dan himself:
"Growing up, I was privileged to spend a lot of time with my nonni (grandparents). My late adored Nonno had a habit of putting a little bit of brandy into his espresso, for added punch. That's where I got the idea for the brandy and coffee blend for this cocktail, and the inspiration for the name. Saluti, from my Nonno to yours!"

Come down from Wednesday and grab a 'Domenico', with Hennessy VS, Dom Benedictine, apricot liqueur, pineapple, espresso, spiced orange syrup and orange bitters - it's so good, we know Dan's made his Nonno proud with this one!
