Project highlights:

🚪 Front Fence & Entry — a 1.2 m high front fence that requires no permit, paired with an automated front gate. Pedestrian footpath, letterbox and intercom installation coming next.

🪨 Linear Paving — Garonne® Limestone in a linear layout. The lines are intentionally offset and randomly spaced, creating movement rather than a rigid grid.

🌹 Iceberg Roses — two rows already standing at around 1.4 m high, full of coverage and flowering beautifully.

💡 Lighting Details — step light domes in an antique bronze brass finish, adding character and subtle warmth to the entry.

🌿 Planter Boxes — these will grow and be clipped into low hedges, forming a green wall effect along both sides of the pathway.

🌳 Open Lawn Area — a generous grass space framed by three mature Magnolia trees, underplanted for texture and softness. Retaining wall neatly integrated along the boundary.

🎨 Side Fence Finish — painted in Dulux Namadji. A unique tone with a subtle brown undertone — not your typical matte black — adding warmth and depth to the frontage.

🌸 Layered Planting — Hydrangeas and groundcover roses introduce colour to the front garden, beautifully framing the large window and views from inside the home.

The house is nearly complete — and the landscape is tying everything together. ̇gn
