When creating a new toolbox topic, if you are pasting text in from a word doc remember to "paste as text only" and then use the formatting tools on the web site.

This way your meeting will appear correctly in the app.

Commonly asked question: Do all attendees need to have an email address? Answer: Yes. Emails are sent after each meeting providing proof of attendance. Attendee's email addresses can be from any email system, they do not need to be a company address.
