๐Ÿ“Œ ๐Ÿ™‹ You need to wear a mask when youโ€™re exercising indoors, for example at a gym, but you can remove your mask when youโ€™re out of breath or puffing.

๐Ÿ™…โ€โ™‚๏ธ You don't have to wear a mask indoors if you are doing strenuous aerobic exercise such as high-intensity interval training, cycling, running or team sport.

Remember to:
๐Ÿšฐ Stay hydrated.
๐ŸŒณ When exercising outdoors, carry a mask with you at all times.
๐Ÿ“ If you can't socially distance, pop on a mask.
