๐ ๐ You need to wear a mask when youโre exercising indoors, for example at a gym, but you can remove your mask when youโre out of breath or puffing.
๐
โโ๏ธ You don't have to wear a mask indoors if you are doing strenuous aerobic exercise such as high-intensity interval training, cycling, running or team sport.
Remember to:
๐ฐ Stay hydrated.
๐ณ When exercising outdoors, carry a mask with you at all times.
๐ If you can't socially distance, pop on a mask.
