Void is a song that wrestles with the weight of anxiety and the way it can take shape as something almost otherworldly. In the lyrics, the void becomes a living presence, feeding on doubt, dragging you further from solid ground, and pulling like an endless tide. It’s both destructive and suffocating, yet the song reaches for light, searching for hope, connection, and some kind of remedy. The ball and chain represents the weight that anxiety ties to us, a burden we carry even while reaching for release.
