Sow it Begins, has begun. With our first pilot bed being laid at a home in Ravenswood this afternoon. Our lovely resident was so excited to be part of the project (Sow it Begins) and looks forward to getting connected to a network of other growers as the project expands.

The Northern Suburbs community are warmly invited to celebrate the people, partnerships and local action groups making a difference across our Northern Suburbs community here in Launceston.

This Community Champions Celebration brings together residents, community leaders, schools, neighbourhood houses, community service organisations and local businesses to recognise those strengthening our communities.

Join us as we shine a light on the positive work happening across Rocherlea, Mayfield, Newnham, Mowbray, Invermay, Ravenswood and Waverley - and the local people bringing ideas to life.
