3 weeks back into training, working in and around clients. Busy times but enjoying my stress free zone, slight progress after 7 months off. Looking forward to pushing new boundaries at the age of 54. Body feeling great. Working in the 75% zone range this week and pushing out 100% next week to maximise Hypertrophy gains.

At the age of 54. My body is feeling good. Also with a demanding job physically its very important to maintain muscle mass and strength. And just as important to ramp up the MY SELF FASCIA RELEASE through out whole body. And keep those muscles supple.
Bit of leanness coming through the legs and good Brachialis in the forearms. This shot is prior to the work out with no pump showing. Also I'm only 3 weeks back training after a 7 month break through 2 lots of rib fractures both sides. Looking forward to push more boundaries to further be a better version of myself physically and mentally, with the aid of the ice bath.

Some information about movement mechanic's, nutrition, posture analysis and so fourth.
Taking on new clients. 2 positions available. Be quick. Spots will go quickly. Focus is on 1hr sessions. Either 4 week programs to 10 week plans. BE THE BEST VERSION OF YOURSELF. Fitness test included and a static and dynamic posture analysis carried out. Any health concerns should be consulted by an allied health professional before any programming to be carried out.
