So excited for Grandbaby #2, another precious girl to join our family.
I loved having Wes and Libby in my Calmbirth class recently. I asked them what really sticks in their minds from the class. Here is what they said.
Libby: Doing Calmbirth gave us the knowledge and confidence to feel more prepared for birth. It was incredibly empowering to learn how the female body is naturally designed for childbirth, and how our hormones work together to support and guide the labour and birth process.
Wes: Calmbirth provided a great outline of how I can help Libs throughout her pregnancy and labour. It really opened my eyes to the many ways I can offer support. Thanks to the skills and knowledge I gained, I am now looking forward to the labour process and feel excited to support my wife.
Some of Wes' mates have also done Calmbirth. I love hearing the dads chat about the classes, pregnancy and birth. Over the years there has been a real shift. Now I'm hearing dads telling their partners, "We need to do Calmbirth!" They actually love it just as much as the mums, if not more. They leave feeling like they have a plan and purpose in the birth space.
We can't wait to meet this little one. Not long to go, Wes and Libby. ❤️

Thank you for another encouraging review.
One of the things I love most about teaching Calmbirth is seeing couples grow in confidence as they learn more about birth, their options, and the practical tools they can use along the way.
Every birth journey is unique, but being informed, prepared and supported can make a real difference to how you approach the experience.
If you're expecting a baby and would like to feel more confident and prepared for birth, I'd love to support you through one of my upcoming classes.

Another recipe from our Calmbirth morning tea… and this one was definitely a 10/10 😍
The Molten Chocolate Cake, rich, fudgy and very much like a brownie… YUM! Definitely not a healthy treat this time, but absolutely worth it.
Another lovely relaxing morning spent with mums and bubs, chatting over coffee and cake while the little ones played.
A little bittersweet today too, saying goodbye to two gorgeous girls who have now outgrown our morning teas. Both of their mums came so regularly over the past year, and it’s always sad to see families move on from this stage. One of my favourite parts of these groups is seeing the friendships and connections the mums make with each other, and knowing how supported they’ve felt throughout those first 12 months of motherhood. I know they’ll all keep in touch ❤️
Also feeling very spoiled this week with some beautiful cards and gifts from Calmbirth & Doula families. This never feels like work at all!!
