I don't post about this sort of stuff enough, but the gym had such a big weekend I had to!
Incredible showing by at her first ever powerlifting competition, she trained so hard for this and I am so happy that it all paid off for her!
Then it was time to head straight over to the TFC for three of the boys to go out there and put on some of the best performances I've seen come out of the gym, these guys are just getting so good it's crazy! Well done Elijah, Braedon and Filippo - you made everyone so proud as always!
