The month is flying past so quickly already. Classes start next week.

Monday 19th at 6.15

Wed 21st at 10am.

Looking forward to an exciting year and hope to share some times with you.

The chakra cleanse starts tomorrow 17th.. and I am envisaging that the meditation classes as well

will have the energy of the chakra for the week..

Its an interesting and fun cleanse and there is still 1 space left if anyone would like to join at this stage for the

whole 7 weeks.
