Keep it simple & focus on these 3 factors 👇🏻
Diet: Adding not restricting
Focus on adding more fruits & veggies instead of fixating on eliminating the “bad” foods.
Exercise: pick an activity you enjoy!
The best form of exercise is the one you will stick to long term.
Movement: get those steps up!
Any increase in your general movement is a plus. Simple things like taking more stairs and even parking a little further away and walking that little extra goes a long way.
Ditch the all or nothing approach & focus on small improvements in these 3 areas.
