When we give,
We receive ’so much more,’ than we feel we’ve given.
That’s how I feel after each WELLNESS JOURNEY - 21 Day Challenge.
As I notice a change in vocabulary- less worried/ anxious chatter, for instance, my heart is filled with joy.
I don’t run the challenge for me. I do participate fully. So there are benefits for me to be sure.
But then … It’s what I’m hearing that makes a HUGE impact. That affects me tremendously!!

We are capable of so much more than we think we are. We are not destined to fail. We have God given choice and there are limitless possibilities. We can choose to look at brighter options and recognise our strengths. Let’s change our perspective.

My massage table will be the last thing to go!!
