Strong Arm Handyman and Maintenance

I haven’t been doing as much handyman work due to other work commitments but ready to get back into this work again.
REMEMBER - NO JOB TOO SMALLL.

Some recent works completed
* New rental needed some walls cleaned, patched and painted to look cleann and ready to lease.
* Gate latch was broken and door swinging - had Change the latch and fix stopper on bottom
* changed some kitchen door handles from old to new - looked great, big difference
* changed mixer in kitchen
* Fixed leaking taps in bathroom
* changed Flyscreen’s throughout property
* patched a couple of Flyscreens with holes.
* changed door handles on main door
* bedroom doors not staying shut - had to realign them
* remove old silicon around sink and put new silicon

I am now mowing lawns in the Liverpool LGA so if anyone needs there lawns mowed, or emergency repairs (water leaks, taps etc) due to new restrictions I can only do Liverpool LGA. please send me a message or call - Thanks Frank

Few small jobs so far this week! No job too small. Sliding screen needed new wheels, towel rail reattached, toilet leak, changed a mixer and fixed a mixer that was spraying out.

Refresh your front garden beds with some bright bark - this was for a villa going on sale needed some brightness for the photo shoot! Call me if you need your garden refreshed

Rental property had damage from
Tenants - had to fix some rollers on glass sliding doors and 2 doors came off the hinges...

Changed the handles on kitchen and bathroom cupboards at a house today- Look great!

Getting the Gurney ready to clean some back tiles on pergola and also cleaning roof tiles later this week.
