As of 1 July 2021 all new building applications (DA, CC’s, CDC’s) need to be lodged and applied for via the NSW Planning Portal for all Council and Private Certifier Applications. They cannot be emailed or dropped off direct to Councils/ Certifiers any longer.

As part of our Services, we can assist with lodging the following applications to the NSW Planning Portal for you to your nominated Principal Certifier. We can assist and take the stress away.
