Start your Sunday with a blissful 60-minute yoga flow designed to nourish your mind, body, and spirit. This gentle class combines breathwork, movement, and relaxation in a beautiful outdoor setting overlooking the ocean.
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, all are welcome to join and unwind in the fresh coastal air at Bucasia Esplanade Parkland.
After class, feel free to stay for a coffee and chat at the local café (own cost)

• 💲 Cost: $5 per person
• 🧘 Please bring- yoga mat, water bottle, comfortable clothing, and any props you like (blocks, bolster, eye cover, etc.)
• 👥 Ages: 15+
• 🎟 Spots are limited – bookings essential
