Slamm Services delivers specialised civil construction solutions to support communication tower projects across mining and industrial environments. Our scope spans detailed excavation for concrete mass footings, high-precision installation of anchor bolts, concrete works for shelters and generator pads, trenching and installation of optic fibre, and safe demolition and relocation works within live operational sites.

Working in complex environments, including live Autonomous Haulage operations, our team combines advanced equipment, GPS-guided machinery, and precise surveying techniques to ensure accuracy, safety, and efficiency at every stage.

Slamm Services is a locally owned civil and construction company supporting mining operations across the region. With our crew back on deck for 2026, we're looking to expand the team and are currently seeking experienced Supervisors, Plant Operators and Carpenter/Concreters to join us.

We provide civil works, construction, and asset maintenance services across mine sites and are looking for reliable people who take pride in their work and value being part of a solid team.

Positions Available:

👷🏽‍♂️Supervisor (Civil Background)

🚧Oversee day-to-day site activities and crews
🚧Coordinate labour, plant and subcontractors
🚧Ensure works are completed safely and to a high standard
🚧Liaise with project managers and site representatives
🚧Civil construction background preferred
🚧Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in civil or construction environments required

🏗️ Plant Operators

🚧Experience operating machinery such as excavators, bobcats/skid steers, loaders or rollers
🚧HR licence, excavator ticket, and skid steer ticket preferred
🚧Conduct pre-start checks and operate plant safely
🚧Assist with general civil works when required

🛠️Carpenter / Concreter

🦺Formwork and concreting for slabs, footings and structures
🦺General carpentry and construction works
🦺Ability to read basic drawings and work within a site team
🦺Trade certificate required for Carpenter/Concreter position

🦺Relevant experience in civil or construction environments
🦺Strong commitment to safety
🦺Current driver's licence
🦺Ability to work well in a team
🦺Mining experience highly regarded
