2. Budget with intention, not pressure
Christmas doesn’t need to drain you.
Make a simple spending plan that supports YOU—not expectations, guilt, or comparison.
Remember: presence > presents.
(And your kids? They want you, not a Pinterest display.)
3. Practice presence like it’s your superpower
Put your hand on your heart.
Feel your feet on the floor.
Take a slow breath.
YOU deserve to actually experience your life, not rush through it while your nervous system screams.
As the year closes, give yourself permission to move slower, breathe deeper, and choose what nourishes your soul.
Because when YOU slow down, everything around you softens too.
