Toilet training can feel overwhelming — but it doesn’t have to be 🤍
Join our evidence-based toilet training workshop in Mackay, presented by Women’s Health Physio Mackay and Allied Therapeutic Services.
🚽 In this practical, supportive session, you’ll learn how to:
• Recognise signs of readiness
• Build positive, stress-free toilet routines
• Manage common challenges like withholding or accidents
• Support healthy bladder and bowel habits
• Understand and manage anxiety around toileting
• Build functional skills, including dressing and body awareness
We break everything down into clear, achievable steps you can confidently use at home — with plenty of time to ask your questions.

🍽️ A light meal is provided so you can come straight from your day and settle in.
