The Chef

Scott’s culinary journey traces back more than 25 years from humble beginnings in country Victoria. Since then his passion for incredible food has taken him through the kitchens of some of the worlds most renowned restaurants. Gaining experience from a wide variety of influential mentors, Scott has established himself as one of Australia’s best Chefs. ​In 2013, Scott took on the running of both of the culinary venues at the world class Penfolds Magill Estate.
