So far we’ve covered cheeky marketing tactics in the skincare world and the cons of coconut oil and today we are covering...the miracle ingredient - Calendula.

Calendula is one of our favourite skincare ingredients due to its remarkable ability to help a wide variety of skin concerns. The oil is extracted from Marigold flowers, which gives the oil a deep, vibrant orange colour. The deeper the colour, the higher the strength.

It is anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial, full of antioxidants and helps to support your skin barrier function. It really does make a difference to ALL skin types and should be part of your everyday skincare routine in one way or another. We prefer to slather Calendula Balm on at night as a highly effective overnight renewal mask. Let us know if you use Calendula in your skincare routine.
