Ever had one of those days (or weeks, or months 😞) where the universe treats you to disappointment after disappointment … and doesn’t just restrict the challenges to one area of life… but goes “Hell, let’s go all in and see how she copes?”

Welcome to life in 2025. The astrology predicted it, my readings confirmed it, the evidence is undeniable… and yet given the sxxtfight of the last few years, and even with all the work internal work I have done to prepare, you can’t make this stuff up.

I feel a second book coming on… to be published posthumously (not going through that trolling s**t again) as I can’t quite believe it. I actually burst out laughing this morning. I actually think I living in a comedy it’s *that* good.

So after my involuntary laughing fit and all the head shaking, I decided that a lovely lunch, a glass of wine and a cracking view was the only way to spend the afternoon.

Anyone want to join me? 😛.

And if you need to vent, you know where to find me. But warning, I don’t profess to have any answers for you today. Maybe tomorrow, let’s see.

A Moment of Deep Gratitude

One of the greatest joys of my work in Human Design is witnessing the transformation that unfolds over time. It’s not just about understanding your design - it’s about embracing it, integrating it, and allowing it to guide you towards more authenticity, alignment and ease.

I recently had the privilege of reconnecting with Catherine for a follow-up session, (we completed two sessions in 2024 together) and her reflections left me deeply moved. When someone shares how their journey has been “life-changing, affirming, and supportive of personal growth,” it reminds me why I do what I do.

With Catherine’s permission, I’m sharing her beautiful words. Her experience is a testament to the power of self-discovery and the impact that ongoing reflection can have.

To all those on their own path of transformation - whether through Human Design, personal development, or simply deepening your self-awareness - know that every step forward matters.

Celebrating International Women’s Day at a gorgeous lunch with the incredibly dynamic, brave and inspirational Lisa Wilkinson.

I am in awe of the stories I’ve heard from many women today, with a key message - received loud and clear - that when women support and hold each other up, we can become unstoppable.

Unfortunately that is not always the case as quite often it is women letting other women down and not respecting, or accepting another woman’s journey. We don’t always have to agree with each other; but we can respect each other and different choices.

Today though the room was filled with women having fun, laughing and bonding… just a really great lunch!

Special thanks to AJ for the invitation to join her and her incredible clients and friends! I really appreciate your friendship and can’t wait to do it all again soon.
