Sailability Bayside

Wednesday 1st and Thursday 2nd July, many Sailability Bayside volunteers sharpened their skills with a first aid training course. First aid training strengthens our organisation’s ability to operate safely and responsibly by equipping volunteers with recognised emergency response skills, where we reduce risk, meet duty‑of‑care obligations, and it also demonstrates a clear commitment to participant wellbeing. This capability enhances the trust of our sailors, supports compliance and insurance requirements, and builds volunteer confidence.
