My favourite kind of training is STRENGTH. I love to surprise myself with the weights I can lift! If I’m not in the gym or playing netball, you’ll find me down the beach attempting to surf🏄‍♀️

I love to train and push myself, but like everyone I sometimes struggle with motivation. What I love about f45 is you just have to get yourself there and then the rest will follow - we can all motivate each other!
