RCH is at the forefront in education and innovation of 21st century mind health in offering two new modalities: Emotional Mind Integration (EMI) and Rapid Core Healing (RCH).

In practitioner training. we offer high quality training of three modalities.

Systemic constellations in several levels, including Business Constellations. The modality of Family Constellations is a unique way of revealing and resolving the underlying dynamics that we operate in from our families of origin. These run unconsciously until they are resolved in providing profound shifts of awareness and new perspectives that provide a new way of going forward.

With this training you can work with individuals, groups or seminars with a wide range of relational and personal issues and trauma.

Emotional Mind Integration (EMI) is a new neuro-trance psychotherapy that is an elegant and concise way for coaching, personal development or professional development of counsellors, psychotherapist or hypnotherapists. This is appropriate for people who are entering the profession of helping others.

EMI is effective for assisting people resolve conflicts and disturbances, depression and anxiety and trauma including sexual abuse in a few sessions only for most clients. EMI clears one neural pathway in each session.

Rapid Core Healing includes Emotional Mind Integration to deal with personal, deep-seated issues and Systemic constellations to work with the patterns that we carry from our ancestors that may be holding us back in wellbeing, relationships and the ability to achieve our goals.

About Yildiz Sethi - Founder of Rapid Core Healing

I am a woman with many roles and much life experience who has a passion for innovation in mind health and growth. I was a physics and chemistry teacher for many years who at a crossroads in my life went into helping people change patterns and make positive change. This took me on a journey through many therapeutic approaches in a search to discover what worked in helping people make the changes they want. This started with counselling and moved to deeper processes that could work with the unconscious mind to Clinical hypnotherapy and NLP and then deeper still to family constellations and creating new ways of working.

I have always been a person who is fascinated by perceived boundaries or limitations and frequently question long held beliefs with a “why not”? I very much like to test what works and methodologies that are replicable and produce results. I have a fascination with metaphysics and the big questions of life and have a big imagination.

I really believe that it is mine and everyone’s right and responsibility to make the most of life and pursue dreams and goals and experiences. Most of all I believe that love is the essence that holds us together and works magic between us in relationships with ourselves, others and the elements that sustain us in this world. I believe we are stardust. That’s why I wrote my first book. Stardust on the Spiritual Path.
