What started as a birthday haircut became something far more powerful. It became a reminder of what can happen when a community rallies behind a cause that matters.

DV SafePhone helps people experiencing domestic and family violence by providing safe mobile phones, giving them a vital connection to support, safety, and hope. 📱💜

It was inspiring to witness so many businesses, families, friends, and community members standing together, not just to watch a haircut, but to support lives being changed.

More than a year ago, when we moved to the Sunshine Coast, one of the first things we did was join BNI Northern Lights - Mooloolaba — and it has honestly become so much more than a networking group.

What started as a way to connect with local business owners has turned into a beautiful community, full of genuine support, collaboration, and true friendships.

Recently, we had the pleasure of photographing our chapter members with fresh headshots, followed by some team photos that really captured the energy of this incredible group.

There is so much power in surrounding yourself with people who want to see you grow, who cheer you on, refer you, support you, and become part of your journey.

As I was scrolling through my photos and BTS videos, I realised how amazing it is that I got to shoot right up until the very last day before giving birth to our little boy.

I was literally on production until Thursday afternoon, doing all the things… and on Friday morning, right on his due date, baby Leon arrived.

Can’t believe it’s already been almost 2 months since then.
