I’m taking on the 365 Photo Challenge. I’ll be creating a photo journal right here. It’s one photo from a part of my day, errday for the next 365 days. ✨

I like the idea of getting creative, looking at something you see all the time from a different perspective and flipping back through the photos.


I loved indulging in ‘The top five regrets of the dying’ by .ware as I sipped on my brewed Coconut Chai. Read the chapter on ‘I wish I’d had the courage to live a life true to myself’. So much wisdom in this book already and I’m only 57 pages in.

Truth Bomb! The fact of life is not everyone is going to get on with you like a house on fire. There will be those who you click with, who feel like you’ve known them a life time even though you’ve just met. Some people will love you, others won’t and some will be indifferent. All options are okay. Make the choice not to let others impact what you decide to do.

What are your strengths? It’s what lights you up. You get that excited and giddy feeling when you’re in it. It’s what your friends and others say you are good at. It’s that thing that people ask you about and seek your knowledge on. You’ve received compliments for this. It may be something that comes naturally to you, something you have learned along the way that you have put a focus on or something that you have so much love doing!


Imagine what could be possible for you if you strengthened your strengths...

Oh the overwhelm! ✨

Have you taken the time to observe the noise? The thoughts that can lead to overwhelm. The ‘to do list’ that feels like it has no end, the ‘I shoulds’, the future based thoughts, concerns and sooo much more.


When was the last time you put a focus on the noise?


How about this? ... Give yourself 5 minutes and time it. Brain dump all the thoughts that have been running around. Don’t stop writing until the 5 minutes is up. Include everything that is coming up for you and try not to leave anything out. Get into your truth. It may be goals, feelings - if you are tired it is okay to say you are tired, if you are comparing yourself write that down too, what is worrying you, the fears, what is overwhelming you, the blocks, the lot. Let them loose.


Once the time is up, take a breath and reread the points you have noted. ✨

Are there actions you can take to eliminate the thought or make it better for you? Can the approach be changed? Is there another way you can look at a particular thought? ✨

Go on then do it for the wonderful person reading this post.
